The 5-piece kitchen corner nook set by Linon is a very nice way to make meals more enjoyable. The color is pine and white, which gives it a country feel with a basic, yet pleasing configuration. Each piece has wooden tops and each seat has a white foundation with a place hollowed out at the bottom for the diners' feet. The unattached bench and the table both feature broadened legs, and the corner bench, which is actually 3 separate sections, has a basic adornment carved on the back. All you have to do is put some flowers out, or use colorful plates, and you will have a very cheery place to eat. You will need to put parts of it together.

Ever since I first laid eyes on this unit, I really wanted it. My guests always tell me how much they like it, which is nice to hear.

I thought the assembly was pretty straight forward; however I would suggesting that two people do it. A single person will be able to finish it, but it won't be easy.

A great feature is that you can configure the nook set to fit your needs. You can put it in any corner of the room. I have moved mine a minimum of three separate times and put it in different corners each time.

I find that it is a strong unit, but it is not all that comfy if you sit for awhile.

You can open the benches and store items inside.

It does not weigh a whole lot, and I think it is constructed of pine. I have a cat that enjoys sharpening her claws on the benches, so you need to take that into consideration if you also have cats.

I was flooded with memories from when I was in college when I got this unit. Everywhere I live, this nook is an ideal fit. Even in tiny kitchens, this nook gives the room a warm feel. Assembly was tough, but the furniture is strong, so it was definitely a great buy.
